Ballet Barre & Centre Syllabuses

5 separate syllabuses for 4 dance levels:

Beginners Level I (Ages 6-7)
Beginners Level II (Ages 8-10)
Intermediate
Intermediate II & Pointe
Advanced

Each SYLLABUS comes in a WORKBOOK FORMAT with enough lessons for a one hour weekly class for an entire 9 month program (36 lessons).  All steps are broken down and explained with definitions.  CD Music track (from the Ballet Barre & Centre CDs - see below) is listed for each exercise.

The lessons incorporate and are adaptable to various ballet techniques.
